In case, your driver receives a ticket or DOT road inspection, you have to notify the Safety Department as soon as possible. You have to communicate to the driver that all tickets and DOT road inspections need to be send to the office within 24 hour.
If the inspection is maintenance related, the repairs have to be performed to the closest repair shop. Follow up with the driver, and request the repair receipt.
Safety department will analyze and communicate with you every safety actions that were taken to the specific driver. Your cooperation will be very helpful.
